Dear Betty and family, Just learned of James' passing, and our hearts go out to all of you. We wish we could have got to know him better, but the miles have always separated us through the years. May God give you His peace and comfort, as only He can. Love and prayers,

James Hardin became my Step Father when he married my Mom. He loved her and all of us. He will be missed, but not forgotten.

Betty, so sorry to read about Jim's passing. We were co-workers at Gibraltar Coal Corp. He was a good man and will definitely be missed. I moved to Mt. Washington, KY about two and a half years ago and haven't seen him since, but I have thought of y'all several times and wondered how you were doing. I always considered Jim a good friend. Even thought I can't be there, please know that you will be in my thoughts and prayers.
