Dr. Todd was a community leader in Central City for more than sixty years. He was loved by many and was one of those rare individuals who could successfully pull off a practical joke as well as take a joke played on him. He lived a long and fruitful life surrounded by a family and community that loved him and Doc Todd stories will continue to be told for many years to come. May the Good Lord bless and comfort his family.
