DRAKESBORO- Archie Robert Bruce Jr., 73, of Drakesboro died Friday, May 20, 2016 at his residence, surrounded by his family. Mr. Bruce was born in Muhlenberg County on March 26, 1943. He was a farmer, Kentucky Colonel, member of the Cattleman Association, and a member of New Paradise Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his parents, Archie and Pearl Brown Bruce; brother, Earl Bruce; sisters, Hazel Bobbit, Audie Worrell, Bettye Davis, Alice Sparks.

Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Sandra Tabb Bruce; daughters, Lisa Baker of Drakesboro, Cindy (Jason) Ault of Evansville; grandchildren, Michael Reed of Drakesboro, Amanda Reed, Josie Ault and Tabbi Ault all of Evansville; great grandchild, Paige Reed of Evansville; brothers, Don Bruce of Puerto Rico, James (Karen) Bruce of Beechmont; sisters, Erie (Bob) Warner of Evansville, Cherry Brewer of Central City.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Rev. Tim Adcock officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery in Central City. Visitation will be Monday, May 23, 2016 from 5:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home. Online condolences can be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
