Greenville- Barbara Dean Bean, age 84, of Georgetown, died Saturday, April 27, 2013 at 1:25 AM at the University of Kentucky Health Care. Mrs. Bean was born March 21, 1929 in Muhlenberg County. She was a former clerk at Calvary Baptist Church and a member of Cleaton Missionary Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Rev. Ernest Bean Jr.; a son, Ernest Bean III; and a grandchild, Amanda Bean.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. E.W. Greenwalt officiating. Burial in Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday after 5:00PM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
