BREMEN - Barbara Jean Robinson, 73, of Bremen, died Wednesday, February 8, 2017, at 11:00AM at Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital. Mrs. Robinson was born February 24, 1943, in Muhlenberg County. She was secretary at Bremen School and Muhlenberg North High School, and was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gurlie and Maymee Bullock; and brother Bobby Bullock.

She is survived by her husband, Billy Gene Robinson; son Michael (Tonya) Robinson of Bremen; daughter Karen (Derek) Wethington of Utica; grandchildren Josh (Holly) Robinson, Lauren Stratton, Drake Wethington, and Kent Wethington; great-grandchildren Milo Robinson, Charlie Robinson, and Lucy Stratton; brother Larry Joe Bullock of Louisville; and sisters Wilma Sullivan of Hopkinsville and Sandra Flener of South Carrollton.

Funeral services will be Saturday, February 11, 2017, at 11:00AM at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Bremen, with Rev. Leroy Rearden officiating, assisted by Rev. Curtis McGehee and Rev. Mike Neal. Burial in Bethlehem Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday after 5:00PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City. Mrs. Robinson will lie in state at Bethlehem Baptist Church on Saturday after 9:00AM.
