BREMEN - Carolyn Sue Lembcke, 59, of Bremen, died Thursday, February 18, 2016, at 8:47PM at Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital. Mrs. Lembcke was born January 18, 1957, in Chicago, IL. She was a CNA at Holy Family Hospital in Chicago, and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

She is survived by her son, Larry Lembcke, Jr. (Whitney Fielding) of Louisville; daughter Tracy Tabor of Dawson Springs; grandchildren Brittany Simms of Dawson Springs and Meaghan Mayes of Providence; great-grandchildren Zoe Dukes and Gage Edwards; parents Pauline and Wallace Sullivan of Bremen; sister Victoria Laws of Central City; brother Wallace Sullivan, Jr., of Bremen; nieces Shannon (Jimmy) DeArmond of Greenville, Samantha Hughes of Lexington, Jody Pitcher of Peoria, IL, and Heather (Mark) Jette); nephew Jason Oner of Illinois; great-nieces Mackenzie Hughes of Lexington, and Brooklyn Utley, Allie DeArmond, and Callie DeArmond, all of Greenville; and cousin Judy Schrott of Illinois.

Services will be held on Tuesday, February 23, 2016, at 12:00 noon at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Central City, with Father Josh McCarty officiating. Burial in Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 4-7PM at the church, with prayers at 6:00PM. Tucker Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Online condolences may be made at
