DRAKESBORO - Charles Edward Tooley, 76, of Drakesboro, died Sunday, October 27, 2013 at Vanderbilt Medical Center. Mr. Tooley was born March 29, 1937 in Muhlenberg County. He was a welder and maintenance worker at General Motor Co. for 37 years, and a member of Drakesboro Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Betty Clark Tooley; son Charles Edward Tooley Jr. of Moresville, IN; daughters Beverly Sutter of Gillette, WY and Charlotte Johnson of Indianapolis, IN; eleven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Saturday, November 2, 2013 at 11:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. Tom Stovall officiating, assisted by Bryan Clark. Burial in Ebenezer Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday after 5:00PM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at
