POWDERLY - Cory Scott Casebier, 32, of Powderly, died Monday, December 2, 2019, at 9:03AM in Louisville. Mr. Casebier was born July 25, 1987, in Muhlenberg County. He was a groomer at Churchill Downs. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Donald Casebier.

He is survived by his children, Cory Scott Casebier, Jr., Jayden Chase Casebier, and Makayla Cheyenne Casebier, all of Louisville; mother and father Julie and Inocencio Vicencio of Florence, KY; brothers Daniel Shelton of Belton and Tyler (Brittany) Shelton of Louisville; grandmother Judith Aebersold of Louisville; aunt Kimberly (David) Schink of Gautier, Miss; cousin Charly Schink; and nieces and nephews Adrianna Shelton, Peyton Logan, and Brayden Shelton.

Funeral services will be Sunday, December 8, 2019, at 2:00PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. J.W. Haire officiating. Burial in Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday after 12:00 noon at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
