CENTRAL CITY - Delois J. Nelson, 54, of Central City, died Monday, September 2, 2013 at 8:53AM at University Hospital in Louisville. Mrs. Nelson was born December 21, 1958 in Ohio County. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her sister, Jewell Majors.

Survivors include her husband, James Nelson; sons Troy Wilson, Shawn Wilson, and Isaac Wilson, all of Central City; step-son Karl Nelson of Central City; step-daughter Rebecca McConnell of Pennsylvania; nine grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; mother Betty Fulkerson of Central City; sisters Susan Miller of Bremen and Martha Fulkerson of Central City; and brothers Darrell Lee Fulkerson of Beechmont, James Fulkerson of Central City, and Clarence Fulkerson of West Liberty.

Funeral services will be Thursday, September 5, 2013 at 11:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. T.H. Davis officiating. Burial in Fairmount Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday after 5:00PM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
