CENTRAL CITY- Dorothy Mildred Howell, age 95 of Central City passed away on September 5, 2019. She was born in Muhlenberg County and was a homemaker.

Ms. Howell is survived by her grandson, Kenneth Howard (Skyler) Hughes; one great-grandson Kolten Howard Hughes. She is preceded in death by her husband, Denver Howell, her son, Tony Hughes and several brothers and sisters.
