GRAHAM- Herbert Franklin Payton, 71, of Graham died Saturday June 13, 2020 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital in Owensboro. Mr. Payton was born in Muhlenberg County on September 02, 1948. He was a tire builder for Goodyear Tire and served in the United States Navy.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda Braden Payton, sons, Herbert Wayne Payton and Jackie Payton, two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and two sisters Jean Hudson and Linda Hancock.

Funeral services will be Wednesday June 17, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City. Burial will be in Graham Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday June 17, 2020 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. In compliance with health and public safety directives capacity will be limited in accordance with state guidelines.
