GREENVILLE - James C. "JC" Jones, 83, of Greenville, died Wednesday, October 17, 2018, at 1:12AM at his home. Mr. Jones was born June 24, 1935, in Greenville. He was Chief Pharmacist at Memorial Hospital in Clarksville, TN, retiring in 1990. He was a member of Shavers Chapel Methodist Church, was a Mason, and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. He loved spending time with his family, especially his wife Juanita, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He loved to farm and travel to various locations across the US. He was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar and Leona Jones; son Ronnie Jones; grandson Jason Hall; and brothers Otis Jones and Ervie Jones.

He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Juanita Castile Jones; sons Roy (Wilma) Jones of South Carrollton, Russell (Jan) Jones of Bremen, and Thomas (Zaneta) Brennan of Clarksville, TN; daughters Larra Jones of Beechmont and Judy (James Jr.) Foster of Bremen; grandchildren Anthony (Lindsay), Jessie, Jennifer, Ryan (Kristen), Jacob, Mason, and Aleighsa; great-grandchildren Grayson and Brecken; several nieces and nephews; and brother Aubrey Jones.

Funeral services will be Saturday, October 20, 2018, at 11:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Bro. Dean Weber officiating. Burial in Shavers Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday after 5:00PM at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Shavers Chapel Cemetery Fund or Gideons International. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at
