GREENVILLE - Jeffrey Neil Kempher, 52, of Greenville, died Monday, December 7, 2015, at 1:20AM at his home. Mr. Kempher was born May 7, 1963, in Illinois. He was a U.S. Army veteran, and was retired from the military as MSG. He was also a Kentucky Colonel. He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Marjorie Kempher; and sister Renee Kempher.

He is survived by his wife, Rose Atkisson Kempher; sons Shawn Rossignol of Greenville and Eric (Jessica) Rossignol of Mt. Washington; daughter Jaimie (Jon) Garrett of Beechmont; grandchildren Haley Rossignol, Hannah Rossignol, and Ethan Rossignol; brothers Kevin (Joan) Kempher of Illinois, Mark (Vicki) Kempher of Illinois, and Rick (Becky) Kempher of Benton; and sister Jan (Bob) Egert of Illinois.

Funeral services will be Friday, December 11, 2015, at 10:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. John Barry Noe officiating. Burial in Nebo Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday after 5:00PM at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Jeffrey Kempher Memorial Fund, c/o Tucker Funeral Home, P.O. Box 548, Central City, KY 42330.
