DRAKESBORO - Jenny Carol Jenkins, age 61, of Drakesboro died Friday, January 5, 2018 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. Ms. Jenkins was born August 25, 1956 in Greenville, Kentucky and worked in the Intensive Care Unit of Muhlenberg Community Hospital. Jenny loved to spend time with her family; enjoyed a special relationship with her husband of 27 years; and with her children and grandchildren. Enjoyed working with her flowers and loved cooking. She was preceded in death by her parents Aurthur Lee and Mary Jane Hope.

Ms. Jenkins is survived by her husband Larry "Rex" Jenkins; daughter Alisa Carol (Wesley) Hutchens of Greenville and son Brandon Tyler (Kacey) Jenkins of Dunmor; grandchildren Autumn, Dylan, Asher, Audrey, Hailey and Ashlyn; brothers Jerry (Anna Lou) Hope and Dean (Lula) Hope; sisters Betty Sue (Jerry) Jones and Sandra (Mike) Aders; several nieces, nephews and great nieces.
