CENTRAL CITY - Joyce Casebier, 76, of Central City, died Tuesday, March 27, 2018, at 4:48AM at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. Mrs. Casebier was born April 15, 1941, in Cleaton. She was property manager of a mobile home park. She loved to spend time with her family and grandchildren. She loved to feed her birds and she loved to fish. Her favorite sports teams were the Chicago Cubs and Kentucky Wildcats. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rondell Casebier; father Tilford Kyle; mother Pearl Flener; grandchildren Michael and James; and brother Bill Kyle.

She is survived by her daughters, Gwen (Jeff) Clements of Drakesboro, Sheri (Jack) Kinney of Portland, TX, Michelle (Louis) Picicco of Beecher, IL, and Ronda (Robert) Hamilton of Calunet City, IL; grandchildren Justin, Magan, Lindsey, Craig, Krista, Ryne, Julianna, and Adrianna; great-grandchildren Alyssa, Emma, Hunter, Leila, and Axel Ray; brother Melvin Kyle; and sisters Ruby Klien and Maxine Deering.

Services will be Saturday, April 7, 2018, at 11:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City. Visitation will be Saturday after 10:00AM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at
