BOWLING GREEN - Julie Rowe Duncan, 53, of Bowling Green, died Sunday, October 19, 2014, at 5:25PM at her home. Mrs. Duncan was born May 5, 1961, in Chicago, IL. She was a homemaker and member of Plum Springs Baptist Church in Bowling Green. She was preceded in death by her first husband and father of her children, Fred Rowe IV; mother Betty Fields Johnson; step-father Lowell Johnson; and former father-in-law, Fred Rowe III.

Survivors include her son, Fred (Jacqueline) Rowe of Bowling Green; daughter Sarah (Rodger) Light of Bowling Green; step-son James Duncan, Jr. of Bowling Green; grandchildren Aubree and Carter Light; sister Terri Samuels of Franklin, KY; and former mother-in-law, Shirley Rowe of Greenville.

Funeral services will be Saturday, October 25, 2014, at 11:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Bro. Robert Tarrence officiating. Burial in Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Friday from 5-8PM at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of flowers, contributions to Gideons International, or contributions to Plum Springs Baptist Church, Reveal God's Plan Building Fund, 2080 Plum Springs Road, Bowling Green, KY 42101.
