SACRAMENTO - Keith Vance Austin, 61, of Sacramento, died Thursday, March 16, 2017, at 1:20AM at his home. Mr. Austin was born June 30, 1955, in Hopkins County. He was a welding instructor at Muhlenberg County Job Corp, and was of the Baptist faith. He loved his grandchildren and his family. He enjoyed life, teaching, and trips to the beach. He was preceded in death by his father, John Austin; and sister Sabrina Conrad.

He is survived by his wife, Debbie Miller Austin; son John (Shannon) Austin of Rochester; daughter Jessica (Joey) Hayes of Owensboro; grandchildren Shelby, Olivia, Trey, Blake, Cameron, and Logan; mother Shelby Jean Austin; and several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.

Funeral services will be Saturday, March 18, 2017, at 11:00AM at Tucker Memorial Chapel in Sacramento, with Rev. J.W. Haire officiating, assisted by Rev. James Watkins. Burial in Poplar Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday after 5:00PM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at
