BELTON - Kelly Scott "Hillbilly" Fisher, 58, of Belton, died Thursday, December 19, 2019, at 5:38PM at his home. Mr. Fisher was born July 20, 10961, in Salamanca, NY. He was self-employed with Hillbilly Art, and was a U.S. Air Force veteran. He loved the community he lived in and how the community loved him. He was preceded in death by his brother, Bill Fisher; and parents William and Nancy Fisher.

He is survived by his brothers, Kim (Pam) Fisher, Kenny (Pat) Fisher, and Tim (Becky) Fisher; sisters Tina (David) Stanczykowski and Laurie Sloot; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services are private. Tucker Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. His extended family expresses their appreciation for all the kind words of encouragement. Online condolences may be made at
