OWENSBORO - Kenzie Beth Decker, 3 months of Owensboro KY, gained her wings on Saturday March 24, 2018 at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital in Nashville. This little angel was born on December 20, 2017. Her parents, Rodney and Lindsey Decker, stopped everything in their lives since her birth and were blessed to spend all 94 days with their beautiful daughter Kenzie. This miracle baby had the privilege of spending 2 weeks in February at home with her mommy and daddy before returning back to Vanderbilt for the remainder of her life. Kenzie brought so much joy to everyone she met and touched so many lives during her short time here on Earth. She was a little fighter and fought till her last breath.

Survivors include: her parents, Rodney and Lindsey Decker of Owensboro KY; grandparents, Barry and Linda Lile of Greenville KY, Anthony and Gloria Gunterman of Drakesboro KY; aunts and uncles, Brian (Candace) Lile of Greenville KY, Brad (Chelynne) Lile of Indianapolis IN, Raymond (Kelly) Kaehler of O'Fallon IL, Ryan (Kacey) Decker of Beechmont KY, Anthony (Ashley) Gunterman of Drakesboro KY; cousins, Camden, Mason, Brilee Ann, Makenna, Delaney, Autumn, Ryann Paige, Kaylee, Karter; great-grandmother, Louise Jessup; several great aunts and uncles.

Kenzie was welcomed with open arms in Heaven by great-grandparents John Ray Sweeney, Gordon Jessup, Irvin and Kathleen Lile, Alexander and Geraldine Kaehler, James and Wanda Gunterman.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, KY with Pastor Paul Strahan officiating and Bro. Johnny Hibbs assisting. Burial will follow in Greens Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at 5:00 PM at the funeral home. Online condolences can be made at
