DRAKESBORO - Larry Ray Walker, Sr., 74, of Drakesboro, died Tuesday, March 28, 2017, at 5:45PM under the care of Hospice of Western Kentucky. Mr. Walker was born March 22, 1943, in Muhlenberg County. He was an appliance repairman at E.A. Cohen & Son, and was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his son, Larry Ray Walker, Jr.; daughters Mary Ann Brasher and Kathlene Smith; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and sisters Lottie Brown, Dean Rhoades, Catherine Brister, and Margie Belcher.

Funeral services will be Sunday, April 2, 2017, at 2:00PM at Tucker Beechmont Funeral Home, with Rev. Leamon Mefford officiating. Burial in Union Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday after 9:30AM at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Larry Walker Memorial Fund, c/o Tucker Funeral Home, P.O.
