SACRAMENTO - Laymon Layton Helm, Jr., age 59, of Sacramento died Sunday, March 12, 2017 at Baptist Health in Madisonville. He was a truck driver for Midwest Transport.

He is survived by his wife Teresa Horne Helm of Sacramento; son Antonio Garrett of Evansville; brothers Robert and Jeff Helm; sisters Rose Mary Copeland, Brenda Clyburn, and Mary Pendelton; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at the Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Sacramento with Bro. Kevin Brantley officiating. Burial will follow in Sacramento Methodist Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday after 10:00 AM at the church. Online condolences can be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com
