GREENVILLE - Lenard Hall Allen, 70, of Greenville, died Thursday, February 23, 2017, at 7:33AM at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. Mr. Allen was born November 10, 1946, in Muhlenberg County. He was a member of Luzerne General Baptist Church. He was a U.S. Army veteran, serving for two years; and he was with the National Guard for over 20 years, where he was a maintenance worker.

He is survived by his wife, Janie Crick Allen; sons Jeramiah (Laura) Allen of Dawson Springs and Brandon (Panda) Allen of Central City; daughters Barbie (Brian) Greenwalt of Greenville and Amy Allen (Arden Mueller) of Morgantown; grandchildren Jaqui, Kendra, Tyler, Austin, Kayliegh, Emma, Susanna, Maddox, Lilybeth, Sawyer, and Layne; great-grandchild Steven; and brother Wendell Lee (Donna) Allen of Greenville.

Funeral services will be Monday, February 27, 2017, at 11:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. Kerry Vincent officiating. Burial in Cherry Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday after 5:00PM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at
