BREMEN - Leslie Theodore Fields, 81, of Bremen, died Sunday, February 5, 2017, at 5:30PM at Ridgewood Terrace in Madisonville. Mr. Fields was born March 17, 1935, in Muhlenberg County. He was a retired coal miner.

Survivors include his son, Leslie A. Fields; step-daughters Debbie Tucker, Cindy Pointer, and Vickie Revlett; nine grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and sisters Francis Uzzle and Martha Jo Fields.
