BREMEN - Lucian P. Phillips, 56, of Bremen, died Thursday, October 6, 2016, at 10:28PM at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. Mr. Phillips was born February 22, 1960, in Owensboro. He loved to work on lawnmowers in his garage. He enjoyed traveling to the Smokey Mountains, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his father, Grover Phillips; and mother, Jeanette Pryor.

He is survived by his wife, Rebecca Joines Phillips; daughters Dori Phillips of Central City and Kelly Phillips of Bremen; step-sons Chad (Leslie) Waltrip of Bremen and Michael (Kelly) Bowlds of Owensboro; sisters Janet (Walt) Horne of Owensboro, Teresa (James) Moore of Livermore, Patricia (Jim) Kennedy of Madisonville, and Kim (Larry) Bowlds of Whitesville; brothers Michael (Helen) Phillips of Maceo and Johnny Phillips of Whitesville; grandchildren and great-grandchildren Dakota, Joseph Thomas, Maelynn, Brantley, Cadence, Karson, Justin, Ryne, and Ivan; step-mother Barbara Phillips; step-father Yewell Mackey; several nieces and nephews; and beloved pet Tuffy.

Funeral services will be Monday, October 10, 2016, at 2:00PM at Tucker Memorial Chapel in Sacramento, with Bro. Troy Slinker officiating. Burial in Bethlehem Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday after 10:00AM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
