DRAKESBORO - Lucille Robinson, 87, of Drakesboro, died Monday, March 27, 2017, at Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital. Mrs. Robinson was born July 27, 1929, in McLean County. She taught elementary school at Drakesboro for 38 years, and was a member of Union Chapel General Baptist Church. She enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, traveling, and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Robinson; sister Pearl Thompson; and brother Charles Allen.

She is survived by her son, Mike (Linda) Robinson of Greenville, KY; daughter Debbie Arnold of Drakesboro, KY; grandchildren Jarrod (Charla) Arnold and Chad (Kiesha) Arnold; great-grandchildren Carley, Kade, and Rhett Arnold; sisters Helen Thompson of New Orleans, LA and Sue Johnstone of Owensboro, KY; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, March 29, 2017, at 10:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. Robert Lindsay officiating. Burial in Union Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday after 5:00PM at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Union Chapel Cemetery Fund, 415 Union Chapel Lane, Drakesboro, KY 42337.
