DRAKESBORO - Mary Jo Cundiff, 78, of Drakesboro, died Tuesday, June 20, 2017, at her home. Mrs. Cundiff was born July 21, 1938, in Muhlenberg County. She was retired from Greenville Water Co. and was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Wayne Cundiff; parents Ira and Marjorie McDonald; sister Betty Smith; and brother Randall McDonald.

She is survived by her sons, Mitch (Teresa) Cundiff of Central City and Greg (Melissa) Cundiff of Shalimar, FL; grandchildren Ashley (Jared) Topmiller of Central City, Krista Cundiff of Bowling Green, and John Russell Cundiff of Birmingham, AL; and great-grandchild Hayden Topmiller; brothers, Billy (Patty) McDonald, Kenneth (Mary Ann) McDonald; sisters, June Quisenberry, Martha (Dude) Schutt, Sandra Jean (Jerry) Fulcher, Phyllis Rose; several nieces and nephews, and several great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Saturday, June 24, 2017, at 2:00PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. Curtis McGehee officiating, assisted by Rev. Chase Thompson. Burial in Ebenezer Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday after 11:00AM at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Gideons International.
