POWDERLY - Morris Ray Dwyer, 49, of Powderly, died Tuesday, December 27, 2016, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. Mr. Dwyer was born July 17, 1967, in Muhlenberg County. He was a concrete driver at I.M.I. Concrete. He was preceded in death by his father, William Dwyer; and grandparents G.W. and Dorothy Barber and Howard and Nevaline Dwyer.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Wiseman Dwyer; son Jordan Ray Dwyer of Morgantown; brother William Keith Dwyer of Guthrie; sister Sharon Snider of Central City; mother and step-father, Rita and Bobby Gish of Bremen; step-mother Phyllis Dwyer of Greenville; step-sisters Kim Dennison of Evansville, Vickie Miller of Henderson, Elizabeth Wagoner of Evansville, and Dorinda Thomasson of Greenville; and several nieces and nephews and several great-nieces and great-nephews.

Funeral services will be Friday, December 30, 2016, at 11:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Bro. Alan Harris officiating, assisted by Bro. Joey Todd. Burial in Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday after 5:00PM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at
