CENTRAL CITY - Patricia A. Whitwell, 85, of Central City, died Tuesday, November 12, 2019, at 8:18PM at Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital. Mrs. Whitwell was born January 29, 1934, in Barton County, Missouri. She was a homemaker and member of First United Methodist Church in Central City. She loved spending time with her family, and enjoyed special times supporting her grandchildren and great-grandchildren in all of their activities. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Debbie Whitwell; husband John Whitwell; parents Clarence and Edith Garrett; and brother Bill Garrett and Clarence Garrett Jr.

She is survived by her daughter, Diane (Jeff) Sullivan of Owensboro; son David Whitwell of Central City; grandchildren Ashley (Richie) Braem, Brittany (Dustyn) Pentecost, and John Camrynn Sullivan; great-grandchildren Kylie, Pasynn, Kinsley, Rich, Ryker, Allie Kate, Axten, Cruz, and Abby; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Saturday, November 16, 2019, at 11:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. Chase Thompson officiating. Burial in Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Friday after 5:00PM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at
