CENTRAL CITY - Patsy Jo Griffin, 68, of Central City, died Sunday, May 27, 2012 at 6:20AM at Muhlenberg Community Hospital. Mrs. Griffin was born November 22, 1943 in Wilder, TN. She was a homemaker and member of Lifeway General Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Beulah Scroggins; and a daughter, Tracy Jones.

Survivors include her husband, Wendell Griffin; daughters Tresia Griffin and Tammy (Brian) McElwain, both of Central City; grandchildren Eric Littlefield, Nickie Hendrix, Dustin (Erica) Jones, Jordan McElwain, Trace McElwain, and Noah McElwain; great-grandchildren Corey Jones and Maci Hendrix; sisters Barbara Medley of Tennessee and Peggy Merrill of Indiana; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at 11:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. Brian McElwain officiating, assisted by Rev. Robert Pierce. Burial in Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday after 5:00PM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
