OWENSBORO - Regina Lavon Kelm Bourassa, 56, of Owensboro, passed away Thursday, June 25, 2020, at her home. Ms. Bourassa was a homemaker. She was born December 16, 1963, in Muhlenberg Community Hospital in Greenville. She grew up in Central City where she attended Central City Elementary and High Schools. She had a kind and loving nature and an amazing heart. She was known fondly as Gina by family and friends who loved her dearly. Gina gave birth to five beautiful girls and her happiest times were when she was taking care of her babies. We will truly miss her sweet smile. Regina was preceded in death by her mother, Phyllis Marie Kelm; and her father James Randal Kelm.

She is survived by her daughters, Tosha Terry, Tiffany Terry, Tina Bourassa, Tara Bourassa, and Tracy Bourassa. Also left to cherish her memory is her fiance' Greg Higgs; her sisters Belinda Baker and Rhonda Cain; her grandchildren Jacob, Deven, Kamryn, Arianna, Ethyn, and Ryder; and a large group of family and friends who will miss her.
