CENTRAL CITY - Robert Scott Norton 58, of Central City died on Friday, September 11, 2020, at his residence. He was born on April 8, 1962, in Louisville. He was a Correctional Sergeant at Green River Correctional Complex.

He is survived by his wife Jane Paulson Norton; son Cody Norton; step-daughter Ashley Clark; one grandchild; mother Fay Whelan; brother Roger Norton; and sister Denise Ellis.

Visitation will be Friday, September 18, 2020, at 5:00PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Robert Norton Memorial Fund, c/o First Kentucky Bank, 109 N. 2nd Street, Central City, KY 42330. Family and friends who are attending the visitation are asked to wear a face mask for the safety of all those in attendance, in accordance with the governor's mandate.
