BEECH CREEK - Roger Gail Gorham, 62, of Beech Creek, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 2, 2013. Mr. Gorham was born December 19, 1950 in Muhlenberg County. He was a Human Service Surveyor with the State of Kentucky. He was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church, and was a Kentucky Colonel.

Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Debra Gorham; son Gavin Gorham of Greenville; daughter Rogaleigh Shea (Steven) Gee of Beech Creek; the joy that made his life worth living, his grandchildren, Sarah Dockery, Ethan Gee, Gage Gorham, Remington Gorham, Addison Gee, and Ian Gorham; and sisters Iva Dell Knight of Drakesboro and Lynda Henderson of Beech Creek.

Funeral services will be Sunday, May 5, 2013 at 2:00PM at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Drakesboro, with Rev. Scott Casebier officiating. Burial in Ebenezer Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday after 5:00PM at Tucker Beechmont Funeral Home. Mr. Gorham will lie in state on Sunday from 1-2PM at Ebenezer Baptist Church. Online condolences may be made at
