BREMEN-Ronald Curtis Carter died July 8, 2017 at Baptist Health Hospital in Madisonville. Mr. Carter was born September 7, 1946 in Muhlenberg County, he was a coal miner, a member of Pleasant Hill Church and a veteran of the United States Navy. He was preceded in death by his parents Coy and Sylvia Carter, and a brother Coy Freeman Carter.

Survivors include his wife Lenda Bennett Carter of Greenville, son; Lee(Tammi)Carter of Greenville, daughter: Shannon(Joe Don) Forehand of Bremen, grandchildren; Nikki and Skye Carter, and Sarah and Ethan Forehand, brother; Gerald(Rita)Carter of Greenville and 3 sisters; Debbie(Eldon)Hardison of Greenville, Pat(Tom)Snow of Henderson and Brenda Ward Of Owensboro.

Funeral services will be Tuesday July 11, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Conrad Barnes officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Bremen. Visitation will be Tuesday after 10:30 AM at the funeral home. Online condolences can be made at
