BELTON - S.P. "Cracker" Baker, 75, of Belton, died Sunday, February 12, 2017, at 1:40PM in Beechmont. Mr. Baker was born October 23, 1941, in Muhlenberg County. He was a retired coal miner. He was preceded in death by his parents, Phillip and Martha Baker.

He is survived by his wife, Venida Vincent Baker; sons Christopher Todd Baker of Lexington and Vincent Grant Baker of Belton; granddaughters Chelsea Baker and Carli Baker; sister Joyce Whitney of Belton; niece Angela (Ricky) Whitmer of Central City; and two great-nephews.

Visitation will be Wednesday, February 15, 2017, from 2-7PM at Tucker Beechmont Funeral Home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
