DRAKESBORO - Susan Lynn Pendley, 55, of Drakesboro, went home to be with her Savior, our Lord Jesus Christ, on Monday, March 14, 2016, at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville. Her family was with her. She was born April 10, 1960, in Muhlenberg County. Susan retired from TVA in Drakesboro. She was a member of Calvary Missionary Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Tommy Pendley; mother and step-father Louann and Ray Young; brother Robin (Vicky) Wolfe; sister-in-law Karyl Lu (Phil) Libs; nephews Kris (Kelsey) Wolfe, Matt Wolfe, Adam Libs, and Matthew Libs; aunt Jane (Roger) Mitchell; several cousins; and father-in-law and mother-in-law, Carl and Maymee Pendley.

Funeral services will be Friday, March 18, 2016, at 11:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Bro. Scott Casebier officiating, assisted by Rev. Tim Burden. Burial in Forest Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday after 5:00PM at the funeral home. The family would like to thank all nurses and doctors at Owensboro, Greenville, and Vanderbilt hospitals, and also Sky Rehab Hospital. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Gideons International or American Diabetes Association. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at
