ELIZABETHTOWN- Vernon O.(Jim) Bean, 67, died at his home Friday May 13, 2016. Born May 1, 1949 in Twin Falls Idaho. He was a member of the Idaho and Kentucky National Guard for 29 years with the rank of Sgt. First Class Retired.

Survivors include his wife of 44 years Anita(Beasley)Bean of Elizabethtown, daughter, Angela Bean of Elizabethtown, granddaughter, Victoria Wilson and grandson William(Billy)Wilson both of Elizabethtown, great-granddaughter, Adrienne Haught of Elizabethtown, mother, Verda Gulliford of Buhl Idaho,brother, Ricky Pretl of Buhl Idaho, sisters, Sherry Wright and family of Buhl Idaho,Renee(Jason)Jones of Boise Idaho,& Karen Pretl and family of Buhl Idaho, several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A celebration of life service will be held on Sunday, June 12, 2016, at 4:00PM at Bethesda Ministry in Elizabethtown, conducted by Bro. Jerry Westerfield. Visitation will be Sunday after 3:30PM at the church. Online condolences can be made at tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
