SACRAMENTO - Wanda Lee Whitmer, 94, of Sacramento, KY, died Friday, March 8, 2019, at 5:55AM at Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin, TN. Mrs. Whitmer was born August 3, 1924, in Illinois. She was a homemaker and member of Brier Creek Cumberland Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Hubert Whitmer; and brother Tommy Croft.

She is survived by her son, William Earl (Patty) Whitmer of Portland, TN; grandchildren William Carl (Beth) Whitmer of Hendersonville, TN and Amy (Bo) Johnson of Portland, TN; step-grandchildren Mary Lee (Al) West, Sara Ann Louden, and Joe Mac (Bambi) Tranghber; great-grandchildren Brad Whitmer, Austin Whitmer, Logan Dorris, Addison Dorris, and Anna Johnson; half-sister Barbara Ann Croft of Dawson Springs.

A celebration of life service will be held on Monday, March 11, 2019, at 11:00AM at Brier Creek Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Bremen, with Bro. Marc Bell officiating, assisted by Bro. Bo Johnson. Burial in Brier Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be at Brier Creek Cumberland Presbyterian Church on Sunday from 3-8PM and Monday from 8-11AM. Tucker Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
