PALMETTO, FL - William D. Quisenberry, 86, Palmetto, Florida, died Wednesday, February 17, 2016. Born in Powderly, KY he moved to Palmetto in 1956 from Greenville, KY. He was a member and a Deacon of First Baptist Church of Palmetto, a building inspector for the City of Palmetto, he was a builder who built in Sun City and Bayshore Gardens. He loved hunting, fishing, the great outdoors and his family. Predeceased by parents, Lucien and Bertha (Mooningham) Quisenberry; and wife, Flodean Quisenberry.

He is survived by daughter, DeAnn (Alan) Clark of Palmetto, FL; brother, Howard Quisenberry of Millington, TN; grandchildren, Annette and Tiffany; and great grandchildren, Sydney, Kristen, Connor and Ellie.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, February 24, 2016, at 1:00PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. DeAnn Clark officiating, assisted by Howard Quisenberry and Dr. James Newman. Burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday at 12:00 noon at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at
