CENTRAL CITY - Blake Thomas Bratcher, 26, of Central City, died Monday, October 1, 2012 at 12:19PM at Muhlenberg Community Hospital. Mr. Bratcher was born April 16, 1986. He was a member of Cedar Grove Missionary Baptist Church, and was a construction worker at Chuck Lynn Construction. He loved listening to music, fishing, and hunting. He was preceded in death by his aunt, Sherry Nannie; and great-grandparents James and Wanda Heady.

Survivors include his mother, Shannon (Dwight) Plunkett of Central City; father Scott Bratcher; children Clarissa Ann Bratcher and Kayleigh Marie Bratcher, both of Central City; brother Seth Barton of Dawson Springs; half brothers and sisters, Robert Bratcher, Christian Bratcher, Trevor Bratcher, Breanna Bratcher, and Tiffany Bratcher, all of Central City; grandparents Drexel and Brenda McGehee of Greenville, Bobby and Bonnie Bratcher of Central City, and Karen Bratcher of Central City; aunt and uncle, Glenn and Terri McGehee of Sacramento; and aunt Katrina Huff of Bremen.

Funeral services will be Thursday, October 4, 2012 at 11:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. Greg Brooks officiating. Burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday after 5:00PM at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Blake Thomas Bratcher Memorial Fund, c/o Tucker Funeral Home, P.O.
